Job Description:
To clean all areas including guestrooms and common area thoroughly, with the key aim of enhancing the customer experience by having excellent standards of hotel cleanliness.Areas of Accountability
Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property and report damage, lost and found articles to supervisorsReport for shift punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name tagMaintains the cleanliness and neatness of the housekeeping area and cartsAttends department staff meetings when asked and if requiredTake charge of cleaning the common area like hallways and other public area.
